GOODS RETURNS.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases made on Piggy Pet’s website are governed by the Italian mail order law according to which you have 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery (date indicated by the courier) to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Piggy Pet accepts returns of any item purchased in the shop as long as it is in perfect condition (never used and complete with tags).
If the goods are returned damaged or used, they will not be refunded.

Remember that the cost of return shipping is always borne by the customer except in the case of receiving incorrect or damaged items, in which case the return will be our responsibility. Please inspect the items after receiving the order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and solve it.

The right of withdrawal (i.e., return or size exchange) is excluded for customized or made-to-order products.

Procedure for returning goods:

1- First, we ask you to open a return request file, using the appropriate RETURN FORM. , in which you will be asked for your order number, your email and your name. Return paperwork cannot be opened through other channels. The size change (FROM ITALY TO ITALY) arranged by us has a cost of 10 € and involves picking up the order received by our courier and shipping the new item (same item, different size) again by our courier (we will take care of everything). For returns, however, you will be responsible for arranging shipping with a courier of your choice.

2- We then ask you to specify whether you would like a refund with a coupon to use on our site for any product on sale or with a transaction reversal on the payment method you used.

4 – In the notes tell us what product you intend to return, in case the order consists of more than one item, and other special instructions where there were any.

5 – We will contact you as soon as we receive your return request to provide you with a delivery address.We recommend that you ship your package with a traceable courier, as we are not liable for any loss during the return shipment, and that you provide us with the tracking of the shipment.

A refund of the price paid for the item(thus excluding the shipping costs of the order) will be made as soon as we have received and verified the return. You will receive an email confirming that the voucher has been redeemed or issued.

Please ship the products hairless.
